Inside, you’ll find a space where innovation meets impeccable care. Our facility features revolutionary grooming technology, including the Prima Bathing System for a deep, gentle clean and the Clipper Vac System or a smoother, more precise finish on every groom. We proudly use certified organic and SLS-free shampoos imported from the UK, and top of the line Mud Conditioning Masks, ensuring the highest standard of skin and coat care for your best friend.

For the safety and comfort of our guests, we require the following:

Vaccines: We require titers or proof of Rabies and Distemper. We do not require or recommend the Bordetella or Flu vaccines.
Socialization: We are an oasis for pups who enjoy the company of other dogs and people! Any prospective guests must pass our thorough socialization assessment in order to use our services.
Healthy Separation: We are not the right fit for pups with extreme separation anxiety from parents. We are happy to offer comfort to a guest exhibiting mild unease, but excessive distress such as loud vocalization, heavy panting, uncontrollable shaking, etc. will result in a referral to an in-home groomer for the pup’s comfort.
Orientation: We require all prospective clients to complete our grooming orientation which includes: a full skin, coat, and personality assessment to get to know your pup’s unique needs and ensure we’re the right fit for each other. We’ll also begin building a treatment plan tailored specifically to their coat and comfort. And most importantly, this gentle introduction allows us to build trust at your dog’s pace—helping them feel safe, relaxed, and excited to come back! It’s all part of creating a positive foundation for a lifelong bond and stress-free grooming experience. This service is $25 and is a one time fee. Every spa package we offer includes the following: First, an acclimation period. This is a time dedicated to encouraging our guests to explore our space, get to know their stylist, and make some doggy friends. Once your pup as settled in, we will advance to a full body assessment so we can properly address any areas of concern such as tangles, yeast, shedding, brittle hair, dry skin, cracked pads, areas sensitive to touch, dental issues etc. Next, they will indulge in a warm bubble bath where they will be lathered in the highest quality shampoos and a moisturizing leave-in conditioner. Then, they will be toweled off, and fluff dried by hand. If your pet requires a trim, our stylist will take special care to produce a custom cut that fits your lifestyle and taste. All spa packages also include ear cleaning, and nail filing (to reduce accidental scratching). Our stylists will take note of your fur baby's mental, emotional and physical needs, and will adjust their techniques accordingly. Your pet's comfort is our number one priority!

*Prices vary depending on guests’ coat type and condition, the frequency of service, and the style of bath or trim chosen. New guests must complete our orientation program in order to schedule any spa services.
